How to zoom on mac - Do you already know about how to zoom in and out on the Mac screen (iMac, MacBook, MacBook Pro)? Just so you know that you can "zoom in" or "zoom out" on your Mac screen. This Zoom feature in my opinion is very useful because many default font sizes on web pages are too small.

How To Zoom in / Zoom out on Mac Pro and iMac

If you are using a Mac desktop system (iMac or Mac Pro) with a "normal" keyboard and mouse with a mouse wheel, then How to zoom on mac is that you simply press and hold the [control] key, then scroll the mouse wheel up and down , if your way is correct then you will see the size of the entire Mac screen zooming in and out, like "software enlargement" on a digital camera.

Note: If this method does not work on your system, then you can do the steps below to zoom on mac, the following is the Mac / iMac screen zoom command:

• Zoom In: you guys Press the [Ctrl] key and scroll up with the mouse.
• Zoom Out: Press the [Ctrl] key and scroll down with the mouse.

How To Zoom in and Zoom out on the MacBook

To zoom in and out on the MacBook Pro (or MacBook Air). Please hold down the [ctrl] button, but this time take two fingers and slide up on the trackpad area to zoom in, then use your two fingers to pan down to zoom out.

On Mac OS X 10.9 (and maybe 10.7 and 10.8), it will be easier for you to search for the word "zoom" in the System Preferences dialog, then you go to the Accessibilities option which allows you to click on the checkboxes that need to be clicked.

Preferences on old Macs

On Mac OS X 10.6.x, you must follow these steps to set these preferences:

1. Click the Apple icon in the menu bar.
2. Click System Preferences
3. Click the Mouse icon

On that panel you will find a setting that says, "Zoom using the scroll wheel while holding ...", and then you will be able to choose which button to use. Mine shows the "Control ^" key. This preference panel is shown in the following image: 

Maybe this screen will be a little different on newer Mac OS X systems, but I'm clear that the preference settings won't be much different.
